Jennifer Rose Pries began dancing at age two at Tina Marie’s School of Dance in Shelby Township, Michigan. She joined the competition team at age six, where she developed a love for dance and trained in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, and Hip Hop. By age 12, she was assisting teachers, and at 16, she started her teaching and choreography career. Jennifer won numerous titles during her competition years, including Miss National StarQuest 2016.

After high school, she moved to New York City to join The Broadway Dance Center Professional Program, focusing on Musical Theatre. Post-program, she auditioned, performed, and taught in NYC. She has taught at The Michigan Theatre Festival for six years and performed in Axelrod Theater’s “High School Musical” The Musical. Her most recent role was as a ballerina in Busch Gardens Williamsburg’s Oktoberfest show.

Jennifer is now a part of The Academy of Dance and Gymnastics, contributing to both the competitive and recreational programs. She loves being part of this incredible dance family.
